Introduction
India’s consumer justice system has gone fully digital. You no longer need to visit a court or hire a lawyer just to file a consumer complaint. The Government of India’s e-Jagriti platform at e-jagriti.gov.in allows any consumer to file a complaint from their home, track case status, access cause lists, and pay fees — all online.
