Procedure for Filing Evidence on e-Jagriti
Step 1: Prepare Your Evidence Affidavit
Draft an Evidence Affidavit тАФ a sworn statement that describes your facts and refers to the documents you are attaching as exhibits (marked as Exhibit A, B, C, etc.).
Step 2: Scan All Documents in PDF
All files must be in PDF format. Ensure they are legible and properly labeled.
Step 3: Login and Upload on e-Jagriti
Login at e-jagriti.gov.in, go to your case, and upload the Evidence Affidavit and all exhibits.
Step 4: Serve a Copy on the Opposite Party
Ensure the Opposite Party receives a copy of your evidence affidavit. The commission may require proof of service.
