Filing Process
Step 1: Obtain Certified Copy of SCDRC Order
Get the certified copy of the State Commission order from the Registry.
Step 2: Formulate the Question of Law
Clearly identify and articulate the substantial question of law involved.
Step 3: Login to e-Jagriti and File
Visit e-jagriti.gov.in — File a Case — Second Appeal — NCDRC.
Step 4: Upload Documents and Pay Fee
Attach certified copy of SCDRC order, all previous orders and documents. Pay the prescribed fee and submit.
