Legal Basis

Section 58(1)(a) of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 provides that the National Commission shall have jurisdiction to entertain appeals against orders of the State Commission involving a substantial question of law.

Filing Process

Visit e-jagriti.gov.in — File a Case — Second Appeal — NCDRC.
